Partners that have subscribed to OPN at a numerical Level can find information that applies to them here. All levels of the newly enhanced Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program are open for enrollment beginning August 4, 2025. Moving forward, as of this date, any new members or members in the current OPN program will only be able to subscribe to or renew into the enhanced OPN program, with the exception of OPN program members not currently subscribed to an OPN numerical Level that initiated the renewal process prior to August 4, 2025. For those OPN members in the current OPN program that initiated the renewal process prior to August 4, 2025, your company will renew into the current OPN program and will continue with the current benefits and we’ll look forward to your future renewal into the enhanced OPN program at a numerical Level.

Select the Cloud Sell Track and Get Enabled

The Cloud Sell Track provides focused enablement for partners who resell Oracle Cloud and address customers’ needs to purchase Oracle Cloud products. To unlock the go-to-market benefits of the track, partners will be expected to achieve Expertise to resell for Oracle Cloud products.

3) Achieve Expertise

Achieve Expertise and Go-to-Market

Showcase your capabilities in one or more areas with Sell Expertise and unlock your ability to distribute Oracle Cloud products. Expertise may be achieved in a cloud service pillar by completing a series of qualifiers, which include Oracle Sales and Solution Engineer Specialists, customer successes, as well as showcasing external commitment to Oracle and attainment within a specific regional market.
