Resell Criteria: Oracle 1-Click Products

Oracle 1-Click products are now part of the “Oracle Base Portfolio” Sell Expertise. You can resell Oracle 1-Click Products by simply subscribing to the License & Hardware Track and executing the Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) and Full Use Distribution Addendum to MDA (FUDA to MDA) or equivalent distribution terms*. Alternatively, you can order through an Oracle Remarketer Value Add Distributor.

If you meet the above requirements, you may distribute the programs that have been identified as available for resale within the 1-Click Products List (PDF) and a limited selection of Oracle hardware products. This offers offering your company a unique ability to immediately open new markets and create new sales opportunities.

Partners interested in reselling Oracle 1-Click products to public sector end users are required to execute the public sector addendum along with a License & Hardware Track. Please check out "Engaging with Public Sector End Users" for more information.

Partners who are looking to distribute Oracle 1-Click Products to non-public sector end users in conjunction with their solution under the terms of an Application Specific Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA or equivalent distribution terms** are not required to subscribe to the License & Hardware Track.

Partners who are looking to distribute Oracle 1-Click Products embedded with their solution under the terms of an Embedded Software License (ESL) Distribution Addendum to the MDA or equivalent distribution terms*** are required to subscribe to the License & Hardware Track.

Review and apply for the Oracle Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA or Application Specific Full Use Distribution Addendum to the MDA.

Reselling Other Products

If you are member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork and would like to distribute programs that are not available in the Oracle 1-Click Products portfolio, you must meet the applicable resell criteria as outlined on the appropriate Sell Expertise within the Cloud Sell Track or License & Hardware Track. Also, by selecting the License & Hardware Track, you may also distribute the programs that have been identified as available for resale within the Oracle Base Portfolio.
