General Notes: The Solaris 10 8/07 installation media miniroot and the installed system must have at least patches 125370-06 and 127112-05 applied in order to boot Solaris 10 8/07 or greater on the system.

Additionally, the LSI MegaRAID SAS v1.17 driver ITU needs to be added at install time.

For systems with a Remote Management Module 2 (RMM2)
the video mode is fixed at 1600 x 1200. One of the following
workarounds is necessary to use the local video (VGA) at a different resolution.

a. Create an xorg.conf file (see Xorg -configure). Then edit your xorg.conf file to add the option "NoDDC".
E.g. Edit: /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Find: Section "Device"
Add: Option "NoDDC"

b. Remove the RMM2 and use
local video only.
