To install the patch, you must force the system to boot on a single CPU by adding a parameter to
the GRUB boot string on first booting the system. Add "-B boot-ncpus=1" to the GRUB boot string
as documented at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19253-01/817-1985/fwbme/index.html

Once the system has booted, install the patch as described in the KU documentation
