Download the BIOS update utility from siliconimage.com.
The Windows flash utility did not work for me but the DOS one did.
Update using the BASE image, e.g. b5403.bin file.
When prompted for chipset, select AM29LV010B compatible.
Then boot into Solaris and run the following command:
update_drv -a -i '"pci1095,3114"' ata |
