Meeting the Expertise below recognizes your company as having proficiency to sell Oracle NetSuite for Government to cities and counties within the United States. Partners must attain the Expertise by meeting the Qualifiers with employees residing in the United States. Partners who have completed all the qualifiers and have published the Expertise will be listed in Oracle Partner Finder

Partners should have three (3) or more active contracts with cities, counties, or national cooperatives with a minimum of 12-months eligibility on the contract vehicle, a US Public Sector city and county focused sales team, SaaS and ERP Implementation experience in Target Market and Year-over-Year (YoY) Growth – in SaaS revenue.

Sales Specialists*

2 Individuals Accredited as: Oracle NetSuite for Government SaaS 2025 Sales Specialist

 

Solutions Engineers*

2 Individuals Accredited as: Oracle NetSuite for Government 2025 Solution Engineer Specialist

 

Transaction Eligibility

Cloud Services Distribution Addendum (CSDA) to the Master Distribution Agreement (MDA)
Public Sector Addendum to the CSDA.

 

*Same Individuals can be both a Sales Specialist and Solutions Engineer

 

Expertise Renewal Qualifiers

Three (3) or more active contracts with cities, counties, or national cooperatives with a minimum of 12-months eligibility on the contract vehicle.
Have a US Public Sector city and county focused sales team.
SaaS and ERP Implementation experience in Target Market.
Year-over-Year (YoY) Growth – in SaaS revenue.
