Optimize data sharing by unifying patient data

Empower your teams with tools that leverage industry-standard network connections and nationwide exchanges to help enhance patient care.

National exchanges

Oracle Health Information Network provides unified health data connectivity for all Oracle Health provider customers. Oracle Health Information Network offers intelligent patient matching and record locating abilities, helping optimize patient care while leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s enterprise-grade security, regardless of EHR solution. If Oracle Health Information Network, Inc. reaches Qualified Health Information Network® (QHIN) designation from the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), we plan for Oracle Health Information Network customers to exchange clinical data with other EHRs connected through a QHIN.

Oracle Health HIE is a standards-based, scalable, vendor-agnostic point-of-care health information exchange solution. No matter where a patient receives care, Oracle Health HIE can help aggregate clinical data from many connected sources, helping empower clinicians to make informed decisions with access to each patient’s longitudinal medical history.

Oracle Health Connect to CommonWell enables integration to national networks through CommonWell Health Alliance, a not-for-profit trade association. CommonWell is a designated QHIN by the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA).

Clinical data exchange between providers and payers

Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange streamlines clinical data sharing for payers and providers with a centralized network service that facilitates secure and efficient exchange of clinical information.

Clinical care exchanges

Oracle Health Seamless Exchange provides clinicians access to a comprehensive record of a patient’s care history, regardless of where care was received. Our solution aggregates data from multiple sources, compares outside data with data in the provider’s local system, and limits duplicate information. Instead of searching multiple sources, clinicians can access data cleansed within their workflow and integrate relevant data from a side-by-side view of outside medical information.

Oracle Health Electronic Prescription Interoperability enables traditional escript transactions as well as equips providers with drug price transparency tools, prior authorizations, patient medication histories, and detailed opioid management information for informed decisions.

Results and care notifications

Oracle Health Orders and Results helps limit manual, error-prone processes through the electronic exchange of lab and radiology orders and clinical results in our EHR.

Oracle Health Care Notifications notifies primary care physicians when their patients are admitted, discharged, or transferred to or from an acute or specialty care facility. Notifications are electronically transferred, and historical and current patient status data is accessible with the notification.

Streamline care continuum data exchange

Leverage data exchange for third-party associates across the care continuum, such as labs or surgical services, when data exchange is needed beyond the traditional acute or primary care venues.

Reference laboratory network

Oracle Health Reference Lab Network enables a single connection for acute and ambulatory providers to manage their entire network of labs and place orders and receive results, limiting multiple point-to-point connections between distinct systems.

Open systems
