
Acquired Products & Services Contracting Templates – Archive
In this section, you will find the legacy contracting for NetSuite Connectors, NetSuite CPQ, NetSuite SuitePeople Workforce Management, and NetSuite Field Service Management. The Agreements included in this section are applicable to your order, including add-on orders, if referenced in the “Agreement” section of your Estimate/Order Form. An “add-on order” is an order that updates the quantity or type of previously ordered Cloud Services, such as by adding capacity, new user subscriptions, or additional SaaS service applications. For any add-on order to an original Cloud Services order, the version of the Subscription Services Agreement for Cloud Services in effect on the date of the original order will apply to the add-on order.
NetSuite Connectors (formerly known as FarApp Connectors)
Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors
This agreement governs orders for NetSuite Connectors Cloud Services (f/k/a FarApp Connectors). Your Estimate/Order form (the “order”) for the NetSuite Connector integration cloud services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) that governs your order subject to the following:
- If your order is placed on or after July 10, 2023 and before January 19, 2024, and references the “Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors” available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the July 2023 agreement, found in the Archive below, applies to that order. Prior versions of the Oracle Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors can be found under the “Archive” tab below.
As outlined in the Agreement, Oracle may revise the Agreement at any time upon providing notice to You. Such changes will take effect at the beginning of Your next Renewal Term or as otherwise specified in the Agreement. Your continued use and payment of the Services will be deemed as Your acceptance of the terms. - If your order is placed on or after January 19, 2024 and references the “Subscription Services Agreement” available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the standard Subscription Services agreement (found at this link: https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/contracts/#ssa), applies to that order.
- If your order is placed on or after January 19, 2024 and references the “Controller Subscription Services Agreement” available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the Controller Subscription Services agreement (found at this link: https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/contracts/#cssa), applies to that order.

NetSuite CPQ (formerly known as Verenia CPQ)
Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ
This agreement governs orders for NetSuite CPQ Cloud Services (f/k/a Verenia CPQ). Your Estimate/Order form (the “order”) for the NetSuite CPQ cloud services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) that governs your order subject to the following:
- If your order is placed on or after July 10, 2023 and before January 19, 2024, and references the “Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ” available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the July 2023 agreement, found in the Archive below, applies to that order. - If your order is placed on or after January 19, 2024 and references the “Controller Subscription Services Agreement” available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the Controller Subscription Services agreement (found at this link: https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/contracts/#cssa), applies to that order.

The Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ governs certain professional services and training provided by Oracle to Customer. The Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ is incorporated into the Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ (released in January 2022). If your Estimate/Order Form (“order”) was placed before January 19, 2024 and references the “Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ” available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then this Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ applies to your order. Otherwise, the “Online Professional Services Addendum” found on the NetSuite Cloud Services Contracts page shall apply to your order unless otherwise stated in your Agreement or order.

NetSuite Workforce Management (formerly known as Adi Insights Workforce Management)
Subscription Services Agreement for SuitePeople Workforce Management (formerly known as the Subscription Services Agreement for Adi Insights)
This agreement governs orders for SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights).
Your Estimate/Order Form (the "order") for SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (a/k/a Adi Insights) identifies the Oracle Subscription Services Agreement for SuitePeople Workforce Management that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after June 23, 2025 and before October 15, 2025 and references the Subscription Services Agreement for SuitePeople Workforce Management available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the June 16, 2025 version of the Subscription Services Agreement applies to that order. If your order was placed after October 15, 2025, then the agreement referenced in your order shall apply to that order. Refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order).

NetSuite Field Service Management (formerly known as Next Technik)
Subscription Services Agreement for Next Technik
This agreement governs orders for Next Technik Cloud Services. Your Estimate/Order Form (the “order”) for the Next Technik cloud services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement for Next Technik ("Agreement") that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after December 1, 2023 or before April 8, 2024 and references the Agreement available at oracle.com/contracts/netsuite/, then the Agreement below applies to that order (refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order). For any “add-on order” to an original Next Technik Cloud Services order, the version of the Agreement in effect on the date of the original order will apply to the add-on order, even if the add-on order is placed after an updated version of the Agreement is published. An “add-on order” is an order that updates the quantity or type of previously ordered Next Technik Cloud Services, such as by adding capacity, new user subscriptions, or additional SaaS service applications.
Next Technik Support Policy
This Next Technik Support Policy are the terms under which Oracle provides support for the Next Technik cloud services pursuant to the level of support you have procured or are otherwise entitled to. These terms are only applicable to the Cloud Services ordered if referenced in the applicable Agreement or order.
