Provisioning Oracle AI Database@Azure combines the creation flows for customer-dedicated Oracle Exadata Cloud Infrastructure or shared Exadata Exascale infrastructure, one or more VM clusters, and an Oracle Exadata Database Service instance.

Infrastructure resources and the VM cluster must be provisioned before creating your Oracle AI Database instances in the Oracle AI Database@Azure environment. Allocate database servers to new and existing Oracle Exadata VM clusters on Exadata Cloud Infrastructure or add VMs to your Exadata Exascale VM cluster to increase compute resources and maximize scaling flexibility.
