As CEO Mike Sicilia is focused on helping customers across every industry accelerate growth and drive business success with AI-powered applications and infrastructure. Since joining Oracle from Primavera Systems in 2008, Mike has held several leadership positions and was pivotal in delivering industry-specific cloud and embedded AI solutions that empower organizations to adapt and innovate. He also managed some of Oracle’s most strategic acquisitions, delivering critical new offerings to customers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University.
Nick Redshaw
Senior Vice President of Technology Cloud, MEA and UAE Country Leader, Oracle
Nick Redshaw is Oracle’s senior vice president of technology cloud for the Middle East and Africa, and is also the company’s UAE country leader. He leads Oracle’s rapidly growing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure business in the MEA and works closely with Oracle’s customers to help accelerate their digital transformation journeys. Nick joined Oracle from IBM and has more than 35 years experience in the IT industry, having worked in sales and executive roles across the world with IBM since 1985, with extensive experience in emerging markets and opening and growing businesses in complex markets. Nick has a degree in biochemistry and genetics from Exeter University and studied at the Retail Management Institutes at Oxford and Sterling Universities.
Yvette Cameron
Senior Vice President, Cloud HCM Global Product Strategy, Oracle
Yvette Cameron is an international speaker on the future of work, AI in HR, and the role of technology in shaping modern workforce experiences. Prior to her current role, she co-founded a blockchain technology firm and a non-profit industry consortium to drive the use of self-sovereign digital career credentials. She also served in executive leadership and research roles across SAP, Gartner, and Constellation Research.
Samar Lotia
Senior Vice President, Product Development, Oracle AI Data Platform, Oracle
Samar Lotia is senior vice president of engineering and leads the development of Oracle’s AI Data Platform and Analytics products. Samar’s teams are responsible for Oracle’s AI Data Platform, which empowers enterprises to build AI-driven business applications by uniting their enterprise data in a cloud-based lakehouse with best-in-class AI models, developer tools, data pipelines and tight control over data privacy and governance. The product also serves end users directly with a collaborative workspace, empowering teams to discover, create, share, and run AI agents all in one secure platform. Samar’s teams also deliver Oracle’s flagship analytics and business intelligence solution, Oracle Analytics Cloud, universally recognised as a leader by industry analysts. Samar's academic background is deeply rooted in quantitative disciplines. He holds a BA in mathematics and economics from Macalester College and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago, where he was a PhD candidate studying financial economics. He also earned a master’s degree in financial mathematics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Jason Rees
Senior Vice President, Technology and Cloud Infrastructure, EMEA, Oracle
Jason is senior vice president for technology cloud engineering for
Oracle EMEA and is a customer focused technology leader with more than
29 years experience in architecting, delivering, supporting and leading
technology projects and value realisation for clients and customers.
Jason is a people and business leader who leads organisational change,
develops teams and individuals, drives customer success, simplifies
complexity, and aligns technology to market trends.
Hasan Rizvi
Executive Vice President, Database Engineering, Oracle
Hasan Rizvi is executive vice president of database engineering at Oracle. Previously, he worked as an engineer on the database team, led the development of database management features, and headed the Fusion Middleware product organization at Oracle. He has founded several companies developing enterprise software. Hasan holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University.
