| NEXT_AGING_DT_TM | DATE | Y | If the report has waited past a certain time parameter then it's transmit date and time will be moved to an earlier time. This represents that time. |

| QUEUED_DELAY | NUMBER | Y | The amount of time that the report has to wait in the report queue prior to attempting another transmission. |
| QUEUED_RETRIES | NUMBER | Y | The number of times a queued retry will be attempted |
| RETRY_PRIORITY | NUMBER | Y | The priority assigned to the report if it has been returned to the delivery class queue. This can be either 0 or 1. 0 = re-queue at priority zero, 1 = no change |
