Column Name Type Null? Definition
CREATE_DT_TM DATE N This field contains the date and time this record was created.
LOCKED_IND NUMBER Y This field indicates if this case is locked by another user. Use the UPDT* fields to determine who and when the case was locked.
ORDER_ID NUMBER N This field uniquely identifies the order that represents this case.
STATUS_ORDER_ID NUMBER N Indicates order updated by UCM to help control the case order status.
UCMR_CASE_TYPE_ID NUMBER N This field contains the unique Identifier for the case type version.
UCM_CASE_ID NUMBER N This field contains the unique identifier for the case.
UPDT_APPLCTX NUMBER N The application context number from the record info block.
UPDT_CNT NUMBER N Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row.
UPDT_DT_TM DATE N The date and time the row was last inserted or updated.
UPDT_ID NUMBER N The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table.
UPDT_TASK NUMBER N The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row.

EVENT_TYPE_CD NUMBER N This field contains the code to describe the type of event.
RELATED_CASE_STEP_ID NUMBER N Identifies the case step related to the ucm_case_step_id by way of event_type_cd.
UCM_CASE_EVENT_ID NUMBER N This field uniquely identifies the case event.
UCM_CASE_STEP_ID NUMBER N This field uniquely identifies the case step for this event. Note that not all events are also tied to a step. In those cases, this will be 0
