| Definition: | This table contains data pertaining to User Agreements in a system. Each agreement is tied to a particular client as well as a role if specified. An example of a user agreement is the agreement you accept when you log into Cerner. |

| ACTIVE_IND | NUMBER | N | The table row is active or inactive. A row is generally active unless it is in an inactive state such as logically deleted, combined away, pending purge, etc. |
| AGREEMENT_TEXT_ID | NUMBER | N | Foreign key identifier referring back to LONG_TEXT_REFERENCE table where the user agreement text is stored. |
| BEG_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM | DATE | N | The date and time for which this table row becomes effective. Normally, this will be the date and time the row is added, but could be a past or future date and time. |
| END_EFFECTIVE_DT_TM | DATE | N | The date/time after which the row is no longer valid as active current data. This may be valued with the date that the row became inactive. |
| INTERVAL_NBR | NUMBER | N | The value of interval type used to calculate when to display an agreement. Controls how often the user agreement is displayed to the user. |
| INTERVAL_TYPE_TXT | VC2(20) | Y | The type of interval for the user agreement. An example of this would be Calendar, Logins, etc. |
| ORGANIZATION_ID | NUMBER | N | Foreign key to the Organization table. Identifies what organization the user belongs to. |
| POSITION_CD | NUMBER | N | Identifies what type of position the agreement is for. Examples are Nurse, RN, Medical Student, etc. |
| UPDT_APPLCTX | NUMBER | N | The application context number from the record info block. |
| UPDT_CNT | NUMBER | N | Set to 0 on insert. Incremented by 1 on update. Used to recognize update conflict where data in a row updated by one application is at risk of being lost by a second application attempting to update the row. |
| UPDT_DT_TM | DATE | N | The date and time the row was last inserted or updated. |
| UPDT_ID | NUMBER | N | The person_id of the person from the personnel table (prsnl) that caused the last insert or update of the row in the table. |
| UPDT_TASK | NUMBER | N | The registered (assigned) task number for the process that inserted or updated the row. |
| USER_AGREEMENT_ID | NUMBER | N | Primary key of this table. It is a number sequentially generated by Oracle. |
